mag. flakes

Hi all, I just got some mag. flakes. I know they are beneficial....but not sure

how they are used. Do they help with detox? I have the mag. oil and having been

using that. So if someone could get me up to speed with how to use the mag.

flakes that would be great! Even if its a link. Much thanks, Jodie l.

Hi Jodie,

Mag Flakes are used for baths and foot baths, they are more economical to use in

baths than mag oil...

If you want to blast yourself with magnesium, put 2 pounds in a bath! Just as

long as you

don't have kidney disease, this will really load up your body with magnesium and

expel what it does not need through the kidneys...

A normal bath, you'd use 2 - 4 oz, a foot bath, 2 oz... This is really a lot of

magnesium also and this is a very good way for it to be absorbed into the

body...

You can also make a magnesium sole' with flakes and use this instead of mag

oil.. While both will do the same thing, the mag oil has a nicer feel to it,

more oily... Sole' to me feels more watered down, but it really isn't..

To make a sole', place enough flakes to fill up 1/2 of a glass jar, jug, etc...

The size does not matter, I would think either a pint is okay, a quart size is

better.. This should be a wide mouth jar so you can get the flakes in very easy.

Once you have your flakes in the jar, fill the jar with distilled water.. Allow

this to sit for about 5 days, you now have the perfect sole'!!! Never allow the

flakes in the jar to dissipate, as you draw the liquid from the jar, replace

with distilled water and in 24 hour it will be ready to draw from again.. As

your flakes start to disappear, replenish with more flakes... As long as you

keep flakes in the jar, you have a perfect sole' of 26%.
