Kathleen,

I don't know if this will help you any but I really have gone through a

horrible past and would have committed suicide a number of times if it

weren't for this dream. I had nine kids and lost the first 3 to my abusive

husband and my abusive parents. I've gone through my own horrors, living on

the street, homeless, abuse, accidents, chronic pain, being used and hurt by

those I loved most...but somehow and in incredible ways Jesus always let me

know He was close...very close.

One night I had a dream..(this dream happened a year before I lost

them)...(even tho this was about my children I suppose it relates to anyone

you love)...I was in a room with my ex and my 3 kids and we were being

tormented by demons. They were walking around us in a circle hitting,

poking cursing, and tormenting us. All of a suddden a door opened and Jesus

was standing by the door...He said to me " Come , your time of torment is

over " . I started walking to the door but turned around and saw my children

in the middle of the room with their father, I turned back and said " but

Lord...what about my children? " Jesus answered... " can you trust me

with your children? " I replied " No. " Then I woke up

The next night I had the same dream...and again my answer to His question

was " No. "

The third night I had the same dream and again I asked the Lord... " What

about my children? " This time the Lord said " ...come and look.... " I

went to the door and on the other side of it a saw a beautiful meadow and my

children were playing in it and happy and full of peace...but then I turned

around and saw them with their father being tormented. I said... " Lord, I do

not understand. "

Jesus replied... " , your children already belong to me, they are

already mine...what is it to you if I should decide to leave them here for a

while? " Then again He asked... " , can you trust me with your children? "

I said " Yes Lord " .

Today 7 out of 9 of my children are saved.

My daughter told me the thing

that got her through her life was knowing that story and knowing she

belonged to God. The only thing that kept me going knowing eventually

everything would be okay was that dream when Jesus let me know that no

matter what happens, no matter how many mistakes I make and no matter how

often it seems that the destroyer is winning...he's NOT! And our loved ones

already belong to the Lord.
