Do you have Lush in America? They have a hand cream called Helping Hands - pretty much unperfumed (I don't really react to fragrances in prdicts biut as my hands are so dry, perfumed hand cream really, really stings) and it really sorts out my hands. http://www..lush.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details & flypage=flypage.tpl & product_id=261 & option=com_virtuemart

Or do you have E45? Again, completely unperfumed, but strong moisturisers.

My mom has lupus, sjogrens and Rhuematoid Arthritis and her skin gets EXTREMELY dry and flaky. She tried Lubriderm and Eucerin which helped somewhat, but the best stuff shes ever used was this stuff I got her from Bath & Body Works. Its NOT perfumed...but b/c it is made from shea butters and coconut oils, it does have a slight scent to it. Its VERY thick...and her rhuematologist asked her what shes been using because she wanted to reccommend it to other patients.I wish I could remember the name of it...it comes in a blue tube and its on the "spa" side of the bath/body stuff. Ahhh...thank god for internet! Its called LAY IT ON THICK AND...they have a FRAGRANCE FREE version online!here is a link to the product... http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3374898 & cp=2484528.3214846Ann
