Guest guest
Val, Do we count approx 3 months to clear RT3 from starting it, or do we count from when Armour was stopped? Does RT3 clear just from not being on Armour? I know I have to watch for symptoms, but I'd like to be able to count back so I have some ballpark guess as to when it might be gone. thanks, sol
Guest guest
It took me almost exactly three months from beginning it, but I was already on a good dose of Armoru. You nee dto get TSH ot almost 0 to make sure your opwn thyroid is not feeding the RT3 with it's T4. It is about a month after T4 is really low to clear the receptors for most people, but there are exceptions. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
Val - I was on Armour 2 grains - two weeks ago I switched to 1 grain Armour in am, and 37.5mcg of T3 SR at noon. What do you think - time to switch the am dose out for T3 too? (I am also on Isocort 10-7.5-5- 2.5.) My temps have not been over 98.6 ( I was close this afternoon at 98.4). With the switch to T3 - I have lost 6lb the past two weeks - feels good. Janet
