Guest guest
Dear KC, Didn't see your other Email. Psyllium Hulls are usually from a health food store, or store that has " fancier " health foods. There is a liquid and pills. The liquid sort of " hangs around " in your stomach and is like drinking a mass of " glob " . The pills are much friendlier. -moderator
Guest guest
I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. My internist told me to take Fiber-Con daily to help with the IBS, it really does. Not sure if it has psyllium hulls or not. One thing I do want to mention - don't take psyllium hulls, metamucil, fiber-con, etc. with any other meds. According to my endocrinologist, the fiber can bind the meds so that you don't get the full benefit of the medication. in Cincinnati
