Guest guest
EVV Community Forum - April 9th Advocates: Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is spreading across the state like wildfire. Most consumers and providers are totally in the dark about the implications of what an EVV system means. Questions this Community Forum hopes to discuss: Does EVV really save money? How does EVV effect consumer directed programs? What programs are in and what programs are out of EVV? How does EVV effect the relationship between the attendant and the person receiving the services? Does the EVV system comply with all the ADA requirements? Is EVV an invasion of privacy/and/or a civil rights violation? Can you refuse EVV? What happens if you refuse EVV? and more.....
