upper and lower motor neuron lesion

The anal sphincter test test results came in the mail. It showed I have a upper

and lower motor neuron lesion. I have since birth had constipation. More

recently I have to use laxatives and miralax to go. My doctors seem surprised

that I do not have incontinence. Does anyone else have this diagnosis and/or

similiar symptoms?
