I went in to look (couldn't remember), and this is how I got it to come up for $0.00: www.amazon.comSearch in "Books" for the title (Special Needs Parent Handbook)Click on Kindle EditionIn a box off to the left it shows Kindle Edition $3.99 with a little + in the box before it. Click the + to open up the Kindle options and the $0.00 option should appear. I originally did this on my ipad, but just looked now on my pc.I hope this works for you!
