Guest guest
HelloI just had an idea that I would like to share with you. Maybe you can give me some tipsMy son, 11yrs old with autism/ADHD , I noticed he likes to drum, first I thought it was like a banging on the door, walls, tables, but I put more attention and I noticed he follows a tune, that it can be from inside him. I was thinking to get him a set of drums, but he doesn't know to play drums, but how about if I just get him only one drum , like a bongo (African drum). Do you suggest I should feed that behavior? instead to drum the walls or doors or tables, should I give him an appropriate instrument where he can hit and calm his anxiety? Is a place where they teach kids with autism to play an instrument? does anyone knows one here in Houston? I can go as far as Sugarland or Richmond TX , any ideas?Thank you for your attention to my emailGod bless youHave a lovely week!Rosie
