Hi Everyone

I want to thank those who have entered their recipes so far. We are up to 65

recipes, and although that is good, it certainly could be a whole lot

better!!!!!

Please submit your recipes! It doesn't cost you anything to submit a

recipe!!!!

If you haven't looked at the site, you need to go! It is so easy to submit

your recipes online! We are very excited about this project and know that with

it, we can spread awareness of MDS throughout the world!

Also, we still have room for more personal pages. These pages are really going

to make the book and allow others to know that people with MDS are " real people "

and do " real things! " So, if you are planning on making a personal page, please

email me and let me know. If you need HELP with the personal page, email me! I

will be very happy to help you make one up! It will only take me a few minutes

to make one!!!!!
