Thank you! Yes, absolutely, it can also be meds, you're right. In fact, it

sounds counter intuitive but muscle relaxers can cause it because the body is

trying to compensate and restore homeostasis. So you have too much spasm, take a

relaxer, have too little tone and the body is trying to come into balance and

overcompensates.

Thank you , Jenn, and . , I smiled when I read your

explanation. Good old common sense is often the only explanation we need. Jenn

you are an inspiration. I whine about my symptoms that you bring me back to

earth with yours. I hope your surgery goes well. I will be thinking of

you. I remember counting down the days to the surgery day.

I guess I am concerned that the leg jerk is a side effect of some of the meds I

take? I know this can happen.
