Guest guest Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 With all the new budgets cuts taking place...does this mean our children's services can legally be reduced or does mean we will have to negotiate harder? What can one legally do when we find out that our child hasn't been receiving 1:1 instruction all year and the school says they didn't know anything about it but yet it's in the IEP?
