I had an out-an-out gall bladder attack after eating one of those

" captain's choice " seafood platters (about 12 years ago) and, not

knowing the connection between my hypothyroid and gall bladder problems,

had it removed. HOWEVER, I have had no problems whatsoever since then

with my diet and I don't watch it closely. I am MUCH more comfortable in

the mid-section since... apparently, I was having lots of mini-attacks

before that big one.
