Guest guest Posted December 31, 2009 Report Share Posted December 31, 2009 So I excitely changed my gym and it has a steam room and sauna, well I was very excited about the steam room and it has eucolyptos in it but luckily I could withstand the odor and I read the benefits from it are great for your respiratory system, so if you can find a gym to offer these services I think it is going to be a great benefit.
