Im just glad you didnt leave.. as one of those off topic

people .. im glad you are staying i hope..

I read that when ones old beliefs get shaken.. it can cause sickness..

Its also in a Ponder book.. she calls it

chemicalization.. in her book Dynamic LAws of HEaling..

last chapter..

again off topic.. bummer ..

According to ponder when we start doing inner work like the work..

well she says when you do affirmations.. old ideas, opinions , health

problems, past unhappiness will come up to be healed.

" when this stirring up process begins, do not panic. just rejoice and

give thanks that a deep cleansing is taking place .....

saying None of these things move me and this too, shall pass. "

Well in katie terms.. I look forward to this illness.. im willing to

be ill..

" When a right thinking person seems to lose something, it is because

his inner self is clearing the way for better things. "

Leonie.. You might like ponders books.. though katie says

affirmations are superstition.. she isnt against them..

I do think they work some what well as mona and Giovanni would say

if i believe they work they work and if i dont believe they dont work

they wont.. .. though i do see that underneath

is the old beliefs we need to question. and if you let go

of those I suppose one would not need affirmations..

i mix all kinds of practices..

I even use katie quotes as affirmations..

to read.. for inspiration..

I hope you feel better soon,

love, roslyn
