That's great Mike!!! Maybe things will settle down once your body is off the steroids. Watch out for your sugar dropping too low. One suggestion is to watch carbs and sweets of course . It's ok to eat a little but not too much. Another thing I would suggest is to get a Medic Alert emblem to wear if you're not already wearing something. It'll show you're diabetic and asthmatic. I like Medic Alert because they keep computer records of all your emergency contact information and all your medications. I do not work for them, I just like the service and recommend it. If you are on coumadin it is most definitely a do not eat item.  It lessens the effectiveness of

coumadin.
