If you have seasonal allergies or are sensitive to fungus, that could be the cause of your headache and sinus pressure.  The grass counts are high and the fungal count right now is very high.  The allergies cause the nasal drip which can lead to a sinus infection which can cause headaches.  This is likely because the drainage and excess mucous can trap bacteria, fungi and viruses, so that can lead to an infection.  Folks with poor adrenal function are more predisposed to have issues with allergies.  And folks with low thyroid function also tend to have weaker immune systems, thus infections are more frequent.  The infections can cause inflammation, which can of course cause headaches, aches and pains, etc.   It's really impossible to isolate the problem to one thing really.  For many of us, it's multiple issues that add up and make things so difficult.
