Guest guest
I recommend getting a metal pendulum. You can use an old fishing weight or a premade bullet shaped, cone shaped pendulum from dowsers.org. The reason I do not recommend the crystal pendulum is that though they may be easier to learn on, they pick up extraneous energy from the environment which often renders it unreliable. The metal pendulums do not do this. If you cleanse you crystal pendulum every time before you use it in salt water, then it would be okay, but it is much more accurate using a metal one. > > > > Hi all...I apologize upfront to those offended by this...But I have seen first hand in this forum how useful it has been in recovery. > > > > The reason I am asking about it is my practitioner wants to teach me how to muscle test myself. For those of you that know how....is it easy to learn....and be at least 80 percent accurate? Does anyone have some good reliable links? > > > > ...I know you are one that has used this through out your journey. Do you muscle test before your treatment on a daily basis? Whether it be rifing...supplements, detox etc. In other words I could muscle test and kinda gauge how many drops mms would be ok to use....or when to back off and detox etc? I am curiuos and eager to learn as I believe it will be a very useful tool in my recovery, especially without tests or other energetic testing available to me. Guest guest
What is the difference between muscle testing and " dowsing or using a pendulum " if any? Or is one just easier. Thanks-Jodie L. > > > > > > Hi all...I apologize upfront to those offended by this...But I have seen first hand in this forum how useful it has been in recovery. > > > > > > The reason I am asking about it is my practitioner wants to teach me how to muscle test myself. Guest guest
Hi Jodie, Dowsing generally involves a tool, such as a pendulum or a biotensor. I have a homeopath that tests me using a biotensor that he bought in Germany. He believes that the biotensor is more sensitive and accurate then a pendulum. I bought one, but I find it easier to use a pendulum because you must hold the supplement away from the body, but still in your energy field and the biotensor is held between the body and the medication that you are testing. If the medication vibrates or resonates with the body, the biotensor will go up and down. If it doesn't resonate it will go side to side. I just find that it is a little more cumbersome and harder to master the technique. The other thing is the Biotensor I got is not nearly as good as the one he bought in Germany and paid about $500.00 for. The way the Biotensor is made really makes a difference how it performs. > > > > > > > > Hi all...I apologize upfront to those offended by this...But I have seen first hand in this forum how useful it has been in recovery. > > > > > > > > The reason I am asking about it is my practitioner wants to teach me how to muscle test myself. Guest guest
Jodie, Some people find pendulum testing easier and some find self muscle testing easier. There is a type of muscle testing that you pass the supplement you are testing down your body from head third eye chakra all the way to the root chakra, then hold the supplement against the solar plexus. You then close your eyes and say this supplement is in the highest and best interest of my body. If your body rocks forward, this is yes, if it rocks backwards it is a no. This was one of the easiest forms of self muscle testing that I tried. The O ring takes a little more practice but it is nice when you are in a supplement store, you can test supplements without being too obvious or offending people as the pendulum often does. When I was first trained in doing NAET treatments, I learned to test others through MRT the way most practitioners do, but I also learned to self test using a pendulum. I always use a pendulum when I am doing a NAET treatment as I find it easier then muscle testing. > > > > > > > > Hi all...I apologize upfront to those offended by this...But I have seen first hand in this forum how useful it has been in recovery. > > > > > > > > The reason I am asking about it is my practitioner wants to teach me how to muscle test myself. Guest guest
Is NAET related in any way to these two methods you all are discussing? " The weather is here, wish you were lovely. Love, Sandy " from the short " Going Postal " Robin Little Jodie, Some people find pendulum testing easier and some find self muscle testing easier. Guest guest
Hi Robin, NAET stands for Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. I have used it as an integral part of Lyme treatment to clear autoimmune reactions to organs, glands, skin, collagen, muscles etc. I also had many food sensitivities particularly Gluten that caused a lot of inflammation in my body. I probably have cleared over 300 allergies and am completely recovered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. I no longer suffer from pain due to Lyme because of NAET and when I cleared Hormones, I was able to sleep like a baby. > > Is NAET related in any way to these two methods you all are discussing? > > > " The weather is here, wish you were lovely.
