I got a crystal pendulum a couple of months ago and it has made a tremendous difference in my progress. Even my Dr. in my last follow-up a week ago was amazed. Every morning I go through my frequency list with the pendulum to see I need to do with the Doug Coil. At first, I was having to do 3 or 4 frequencies per day. Now, I will sometimes go a few days with no frequencies, then one comes up. Today 432 came up. Nothing came up for two days prior to that. I also use it to choose and dose supplements. Guest guest Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 Yes, I use muscle testing and pendulum testing of all supplements, particularly when I am herxing as to how many drops of Burbur or Pinella it will take to knock out a herx. I also use this type of testing for Allergy elimination treatments that I do on both myself and others to determine things that are allergic triggers which leads to an inflammatory response. I recommend learning the O ring method. It is very simple. The main trick is learning to determine the subtle difference between yes and no. You might find some YouTube videos on self muscle testing. The beauty of using both the pendulum and self muscle testing is that you can double check your results.
