Guest guest
Hi Moon, I have a history of mercury poisoning and adrenal problems. These have been cured essentially through Andy Cutler's chelation protocol http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/oral_chelation1.html. Other issues such as asthma have been 'cured' through Dr 's work - dental clean-up, parasite and organ cleanses. It has been a 5-year journey. Gastro symptoms like poor digestion, floating stools, constipation, stomach discomfort, food intolerance and Candida were the order of the day for many years. The ALCAT food sensitivity test was the most helpful at clearing food allergies. At the end of it all I'm left with my focus on my thyroid. I never paid it much attention as I was so thin and energetic, so I thought I could never be hypothyroid. Then it seems as my adrenals got a lot stronger (I like to think cured) after a long treatment approach I really got a whack of thyroid stuff that I could no longer ignore. Blood tests proved it to me and now I've set off trying to fix it. In retrospect I had a lot of mild hypothyroid symptoms my whole life, so I don't think it is new. The most alarming aspect was the low temperatures and the realization of how much havoc this plays in the whole body as enzymes are dependent on temperatures. The adding of as many hot and warm drinks as possible has had a radical effect on my digestion and elimination. Until I can get my temps up I'll continue this to help get the enzymes working a little better. I try not to drink any cold water, and eat few cold foods. I have several hot drinks too. Obviously exercise helps too. Thanks, Dean Re: Re: 's> > > Weight loss and hypo can be from the lowered temps and lowered digestion > as well.
