Yes, of course, looking at our stuff is stressful and takes courage. Exactly

right. It isn't about sharing it with others, it is about the issues themselves.

Eventually it can become less stressful and even amusing as we realize these are

just stories holding us back and not reality.

i havent been reading any emails from the group..

I saw katie last saturday.. One lady had asked about abusive people..

Her cousin was married to a sociopath who beat her..

said his job was to hit her.. her job was to notice and realize

who not to live with..

And i love this line.. if you know that dog bites dont go in the yard.

Be good to yourself..

I dont know your wife is that bad.. but she sounds awful to me.

But that is my opinion.

I agree with rose you should tell her she has to drive you everywhere.

actually i would have divorced her ... a long long time ago..
