Hi

Interested to read about the low temperatures I have been checking just

lately as feeling lousy again and mine ave out at 95.9 some days I can

get it to the 96 but rarely and I am not on adrenal only 60mcg T3 and

lowering or trying to.

I feel lousy everyday and doing anything at all is really hard work

as I get so exhausted

any advie would be appreciated

With your T3 above range and your temps THAT low, you have adrenal porblems.

Have you ever done the saliva cortisol testing?

yes long time ago as had major stresses in my life - cancer - Doc

reckoned the results were normal but back then I never asked for copies

and now my GP isn'tont he adrenal track

I would srtrongly suggest you redo the cortisol saliva testing. If you

have low cortisol the thyrodi cannot get into the cells to work.
