Trained a few of them and they were eager and willing to learn. I can be sure there dispatchers reading your post that began at 18 also. So welcome to the Mob, and all the best to you. Best advice is to relax (I know, easier said than done), follow the instructions (big no-no here: keep writing after they tell you to put your pencils down),and don't panic! Smile! When your call volume goes down, ours goes up - dramatically. It's been really (yes, I'm going to say it...)
