Guest guest
, I've not used an EMEM so perhaps someone else suggest specifics. Meanwhile, I'd suggest reading Jim's post on the coil protocol for beginners and just apply that. The issue for us to tell you how much time to use is that every person is different in terms of how much they tolerate. For some a few seconds brings on a big herx and for others it is 5 min before they herx. You will have to experiment but since you don't know until you try it the advice is to start with a tiny amount and work up. I'd try 432 for lyme first. I was really hoping to get some helpful responses from fellow members. I only got one reply from one person who contacted me personally, thank you for that ProtectOurWater. I really need some help here from other members who could give me an good idea on how and what to start with my EMEM machine. I feel really overwhelmed and lost here. I resent the email I wrote to the group below. I really hope to get some answers and advice from the experienced rifers of the group. Please help. > Thanks, > > > > > > Hi guys, I haven't posted or been able to be a part of the group for a while, I have been really struggling a lot lately. I decided to wait till the New Year to begin rifing with an old EMEM machine that was built for me 10 or so years ago. First of all, since it hasn't been used for several years (I used to run the pain settings a few years ago pretty regularly, but didn't get anything from just them) does it need to be run, kind of warmed up before I start using it again? Is it okay as is to begin rifing? I have slowly begun using essential oils after learning of the amamzing results people have had from them for lyme and TBD's, and am using them instead of abx. So I am currenly not on any abx and just doing the essential oils, building really slow on them because boy, can they cause a massive herx, and doing A-BART by Byron White. Plus other supplements, lots! My other really important question is, what do those experienced with rifing recommend I start with on my EMEM machine? I have bartonella bad, and lyme, babs, mycoplasma, and erlichia. I know you can't start with hitting everything at once, so I would really love a guide to starting. What should I start with and for how long? Like, should I only do one disease at a time, for several weeks, then add in another frq for a second co-infection? I was going to start with lyme or bart for just 30 seconds. Should I just do it once for the first week? I have tried looking up info on a step by step guide to starting rifing correctly where I didn't overdo it, but didn't take it too slow either, but just can't find any real answers or help. If you guys could give me advice on how I should start, what I should start with, for how long, and how often to add, and what to add and when, I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling lost here and don't want to go into it just guessing and being confused. I'm really hopeful that rifing could be the missing piece of my puzzle to get well. > I look forward to hearing back from you guys and hope you can help me map out a plan here! > Thanks, and Happy New Year to everyone! I hope 2012 brings much improvements and healing to all of us struggling here. > ~ > > > > > Hi guys, I haven't posted or been able to be a part of the group for a while, I have been really struggling a lot lately.
