Guest guest
Hi Krissy, and I were discussing this exact thing last night on the chat. This is what I have been doing for the last two weeks. Now I realize you don't have the same tapes I do but it basically goes like this. Day 1 Cardio (ie Taebo, Aerobic Tape, Run/Walk or Stationary bike for 30 mins) and yoga before bed Day 2 Strength Training, either a tape, with free weights and the stability ball or the total gym and yoga before bed Day 3 Cardio and yoga before bed Day 4 Strength Training and yoga before bed Day 5 Cardio and yoga before bed Day 6 Strength Training and yoga before bed Day 7 Yoga only, rest or walk only I don't like to do total body workouts every day. I think the body needs a chance to recoup and repair and rebuild the muscles you have worked in between sessions. There are some people that can workout everybody part every day but you have to be careful not to over do it and either burn out or worse hurt yourself and not be able to workout. The amount of time you do your cardio for is up to you and I include my abs and glutes in my strength training workout and I don't work those every day either. You don't need to work them everyday to get them strong they are a muscle group like any other in the body, they don't benefit from over work. I hope this helps.
