Guest guest
If you have been low ion cortisol for a while, T3 can build up in your blood and the Isocort may be opening the receptoirs and allowing it to the cells thus making oyu a bit hyper. Top avoid this I recommend using the ramp up schedule that I just posted this AM. It is also in the files on the adrenl list I moderate, not sure if you are a member there, if yu need it again, jst ask. I mean ot post it ot our files as well, just haven;t had the time yet. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Would I be low in cortisol if my temps are averaging 98.6 to 98.8 though, Val? > > If you have been low ion cortisol for a while, T3 can build up in your > blood and the Isocort may be opening the receptoirs and allowing it to > the cells thus making oyu a bit hyper. Guest guest
I started taking magnesium at bedtime and have been sleeping better because my neck & back muscles are not getting so horribly knotted up. Don't know if that's any help.
Guest guest
FWIW, Ashwagandha made my sleep even worse. Phosphatidyl Serine did too. I tried them even though I'm not high cortisol, because some say they work as adaptogens. I use HC cream, have never tried Isocort. I didn't want the echinacea and other ingredients, plus Val thought it would be too weak for me. sol M wrote: > I started taking Isocort about eight days ago to help support my > adrenals. Guest guest
If I already started the Isocort and I am on 6 pellets should I ramp it down and then start the ramp up schedule or just start with one tomorrow and then ramp it up from there? Not sure how I should go about it since I already started. > > If you have been low ion cortisol for a while, T3 can build up in your > blood and the Isocort may be opening the receptoirs and allowing it to > the cells thus making oyu a bit hyper. Guest guest
You should have Aldosterone tested before treatingit it is an adrenal hormone that can be low in adrenal fatigue as well as cortiosl. It i a blood test and aldosterone conmtrols your sodium/potassium balance. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
I would back down to half of what you are taking and build slowly from there. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
