Hi all, I have been taking atomodine on and off for quite some time...but consistently for the past 8-9 months. Does anyone know how much lugol's http://www.swansonvitamins.com/LGS001/ItemDetail?SourceCode=INTL405 & CAWELAID=249781689 is in comparison to http://www.vitacost.com/Heritage-Products-Atomidine-IodineWithout a Lyme brain I was horrible in figuring this stuff out...and now it's worse. I don't know if 1 drop is equal to the other, or 2 drops lugol's to atomodine etc. So any help with be greatly appreciated. Anyhow...I know I need iodine and thought that I would try lugol's and see how that worked....because of all the great things that have been posted here. Much thanks, Jodie L.
