3rd - Friday, Lecture Series I: (Dr. Jody Jensen, Department of Kinesiology and Health Education, The University of Texas)

Location: town, Texas

Time: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Notes: Limited child care availability. Produced by Synergy

Fee: Donations accepted at the event

Participants: Family members, interested citizens, university students, service organizations, educators and clinicians

14th - Tuesday, Parent’s Night Out / Kid’s Night Out

Location: UT Campus

Time: 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Notes: Co-presented with the Autism Society of Greater Austin (ASGA)

Fee: 20.00 per child

Participants: Children with ASD and their siblings, ages 4-12

16th - Thursday, Grandparentsof Children with Autism Workshop

Location: Sun City, town, Texas

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Notes: Refreshments provided. Produced by Synergy

Fee: Donations accepted at the event

Participants: Grandparents, interested citizens

24th - Friday, Journeys in Music

Location: UT Campus

Time: 5:45 - 8:30 p.m.

Notes: A time for motor and instrumental exploration. Includes musicians, song writing and performances. Children have the opportunity to engage in music as both consumers and providers.

Fee: 30.00

Participants: Children with ASD, ages 8-13

Notes:This is an overnight event filled with mentorship guiding both motor and social skill games and activities. Produced by Synergy

Notes: The Autism Project (TAP) is hosting a weekend campout at Candlelight Ranch. Learn more about them, their location and facilities, at http://candlelightranch.org/. Two nights, all meals and snacks, equine interaction, ropes course activities, and teacher guided and child guided activities. 1:1 ratio
