Your iron reflects that you are taking supplemental iron, however, your ferritin is low and that's your iron storage.  Low ferritin can impact energy.   This actually could have been the source of fluttering:http://www.empowher.com/heart-amp-blood/content/5-reasons-heart-palpitations

Also, nutritional deficiencies (e.g., magnesium) can cause that.   Typically, a fasting glucose that low isn't so awful.  But, if you are worried about diabetes, they really need to test H1BAC (that's your average levels over a period of time) as well as insulin.  You might also want to ask for them to test cortisol as that helps normalize blood sugar levels.

I got my labs back today and I'm confused. I wanted to take my labs again because I could not believe free t3 increased in such a short time. Iron could have been off because I do remember drinking carrot and orange juice but haven't since then. Someone please help because even my Glucose has dropped. Diabetes!? I didn't haven't taken any t3 because of the fluttering ( which has totally stopped now). I am now desperarely fatiged to the point where I cannot play with my daughter or concentrate. Just lay in bed and watch her watch T.V. My iron looks okay. How did low levels iron jump up so quickly I was taking only 60mg? My t3 dropped a bit still have a little racing heart and now anxiety. I haven't taken saliva test my internal med doc wanted both books so I will see if she read a little so far when she will be back in office tomorrow. now the sodiums low and potassium in range.. :/ Results below
