I'm considering going out on my own to local eateries and offering RD services in the way of providing nutrition information for them and their customers on their menu items. The idea is from the fact that many independent restaurants/cafes do not have nutrition information available to its customers like Mc's, 's, etc. do. Has anyone on here done work like that? I'm interested in hearing about your experiences or what your thoughts may be to this idea that I'm having. Thanks in advance!
