Guest guest
Within the last two weeks, we have had two incidences in Cincinnati where someone carrying a very contagious disease broadcast on television an alert for people who have been in contact to get tested: One for bacterial meningitis, a student at the University of Cincinnati; and then in less than a week later, a doorman who had infectious tuberculosis, public was cautioned if they had contact to go in for testing. Below article on Legionnaires and also the man who flew to Europe not long ago, seems like a lot of news about contagious diseases to me. I wonder if 'global warming' could be culprit, less dieoff of pathogens in winter. http://www.wlwt.com/news/13582293/detail.html?subid=10100221 http://www.wlwt.com/news/13579792/detail.html --- In , " tigerpaw2c " <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > > Legionnaires' alert at hospital > Melbourne, Australia* > > http://www.theage.com.au/news/national/legionnaires-alert-at- > hospital/2007/06/18/1182018987958.html > >
