June 12, 10:30 AM, DC Judicial Hearing Binding Arbitration for Consumers?

This morning June 12 at 10:30 AM Eastern time there will be a hearing in

Washington, DC regarding the pitfalls of binding mandatory arbitration for

consumers. Jordan Fogal, a homeowner from Houston who was HADD by her builder

and

had mold, ended up letting her home go to foreclosure. She is the only
