Dear group,

Hello, I'm a new member. I am a 22 year old with MCS that has

been very sick due to mold in my house for the past five months. We

think the mold is mainly in isolated places and I realize that

anywhere I move would have some mold as well so I am going the route

of trying to remediate the mold here and reconstruct using healthy

building materials. I will definitly move out of the house during

the construction.

I have one month until construction begins in which time I need to

have all the materials picked as safe. I have several questions

1. For bathrooms, what are the safest options for bathtubs/shower

plus sinks and toilets. What companies make products that off- gas

less?

2. Has anyone redone their kitchen in this group? I have found

low Formaldehye kitchen cabinets from Neil cabinets. Any other

kitchen cabinets brands that are safer, or better yet no

formaledhyde?

3. Any ideas for primers that are No VOC and that you have tolerated

well?

Thanks alot for any input on safe materials. Feel free to send any

input to my indivdual email if thats easier.

Thanks and blessings,

Beth
