Does anyone know how long I should stay at this dose? Also, should I go cold turkey at this point or keep getting a smalled dosage called in? Thanks for your experience and advice. If so, a decrease would be fine but not from 25 mg. to nothing. The most you want to drop at this point is 5 mg. That may even be too much. What you need is Paxil in liquid form. Just ask for it. Say you're etermined to stop taking it, don't feel you need it, and know that you can't do it with the CR.
