She was hoping that would help her, as she thought she would have to start from scratch. She has been favoring her knee for a while--she hurt it doing back stretches. Mystery to her as well. So since she had been doing that, she thought she compromised her back healing. She is almost back to work Full-time, but she is still spending a lot of time at PT and doctor appointments.
