While this was one opportunity to make our voices heard our work is not yet done. Below you will find additional opportunities to provide input. February 8th is deadline to sign the INVEST IN COMMUNITY campaign petition. If you have not signed it yet, please do at: http://txp2p.org/InvestCommunity/index.html. If you have paper copies you have obtained signatures on, please send them in before the deadline. · Wednesday’s at the Capital – Community Now! will make Legislative visits each Wednesday to help educate decision makers on the impact that cuts to community-based long-term care support and services would have for individuals who have a developmental disability and their families.
