Guest guest
Another aspect of coffee for me was that it tore my gut up so badly. When I started as a legal sec. at the tender age of 17, I played Miss Grown-Up by smoking and drinking coffee. I was sick as a dog and in pain. Doctors couldn't find an ulcer. Finally gave up both and my symptoms disappeared rapidly. I do drink iced tea now - but I dilute it down to one bag per 16-24 oz. of water. That correlates to *average* blood glucose readings of something like 213. That's gotta be making you feel rough. Can you think of some " problem foods " that you could eliminate, that would help? Do you think you have gastroparesis? Susie

Hi Susie, When I started consuming large quantities of tea I switched to decaf Luzianne. Keeps the taste and doesn't cloud up. Good stuff...
