If you want to contact me directly I can try to help you find someone

reputable... I own a mold inspection and consulting firm and do this for

some of my nationwide commercial clients all the time.

If you don't want to contact me directly, then try IAQA, find the

chapter president in your area, and contact them and ask for a referral.

Be careful to ask for references, and a copy of their insurance.

Anyone worth hiring should have a $1MM GL policy and a $1MM Professional

/ E & O policy AND a Pollution Policy! Why?

Because this type of coverage is hard to get without proving your

aptitude in your field. I had to submit a resume, copy of my standard

operating procedures and many other items to show that I know what I'm

doing and am not a liability risk.

Insurance companies are VERY selective about who they will

professionally cover when it comes to mold. There are numerous

" certifications " out there for hucksters in this field to pay $99 to

get, but I find that this is the one consistent way to find a

professional.

Thanks,
