can I take Ibruprofen ????

hello,

Just a quick question I have been taken Ibruprofen for a long time now for pain relief as I find that Paracetamol on its own is not effective enough but my doctor is now saying that I should not be takening it Does anyone know why is it related to the asthma ?????
