Guest guest
> Yesterday at my granddaughter's birthday, I got sick, like in an instant... I began to hurt in my back, legs, hips, shoulders, and I felt nauseated and felt like I had a fever. I had to go home. I drank over 32 ounces of water then but I still felt bad. (I did not eat much at the party... but I did drink 2 glasses of diet coke which I never drink cus of the aspertame, but I was soooooooooo thirsty... anyway, finally by night fall, a few hours later felt better.... but still felt hot.Woke up this a.m. feeling pretty good, but now broke out in sweats and am again nauseated. So far not the pain like yesterday. IS THIS HOW THE FLARES GO????? I M STILL LEARNING. DASH < Dash, Flares start so differently for all of us, but that sounds somewhat similar to things I've had in the past. However, you may be coming down with something - the flu can make all of those happen, but ..... that can trigger a flare to -- so you may get lucky (not) and have them both. Hope you feel better soon. ((((HUGS)))) a

Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
Dash, my flares don't go that way, but everyone's body is different. Do you think the aspertame was the culprit???? Try to get extra rest and be kind to your poor body. Love, Cam WAS/IS THIS A " FLARE " ? Yesterday at my granddaughter's birthday, I got sick, like in an instant... Guest guest
Take care of yourself Dash... and take it easy. Hope you feel better soon. loving hugs, Norah Re: WAS/IS THIS A " FLARE " ? Hi, I think it was the aspertame, but we also had tornados ... warnings and funnels all over....so could have been a combination of the aspertame and the low pressure and horrible heat and humidity. I just am getting better little by little and I think that is from the aspertame working its way out of my system. I have been napping on and off all day and tonite going to watch a movie on lifetime. The hurting has let up. I sat in the hot tub for about 20 minutes....(bought if for dh who has fibromyalgia......and rhumatoid arthritis and other things......and now I get to use it too) ... dash
