Wonder if I could take these docs, white out the name of one medical

association, fill in the name of another and continue on?

" However, many actions by professional associations, including those that

tend to have the effect of excluding competitors or groups of competitors, are

subject to antitrust scrutiny. As a general proposition, an association may be

liable under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, for engaging in

exclusionary conduct intended to harm providers of products or services that

pose a potential competitive threat to its members. Indeed, courts have

frequently found professional associations or societies liable for unreasonable

exclusionary behavior, including behavior growing out of the adoption of

standards, practice guidelines and the like. See, e.g., American Society of

Mechanical Engineers, Inc. v. Hydrolevel Corp., 456 U.S. 556 (1982); Radiant

Burners,

Inc. v. Peoples Gas Light & Coke Co., 364 U.S. 656 (1961). "
