A little better today

I am glad to see that we have some new members coming in (although I'm

sorry they have to be here). I am feeling a bit better today. I have

not taken Ativan for two days now and am taking the IBS medicine only

at bedtime. Although I've been a bit shell shocked by the political

events of the past 24 hours (not EVEN going any further with that

one), my stomach seems to be doing a little better. I have ordered the

probiotic recommended, but until then, I'm taking a store

brand (Schilling, I think) that has 1 billion CFUs of acidophilus.

My DH has asked that I not try to taper my Remeron any further until

the stomach symptoms abate, and I am inclined to agree with him at

this point. I had planned to go down another 10% on Friday, but I

think I am going to wait until my stomach has been ok for two weeks

before I go down again.

** This is the way to do it--the only way. Your body doesn't lie. it

will tell you when the time is right to take the next step. DH sounds like

a smart guy (smart enough to marry you, right?! ;-)).

Regards,
