Autism Study Participants Needed

Texas A & M University CommerceNEEDED: PARENT & CHILD FOR RESEARCH STUDY PARTICIPATIONParticipants (ages 4 – 7) needed for research study examining group drumming and percussion techniques in increasing social and pre-academic skills in students diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Children will participate in 10 drumming sessions that will take place once a week for 10 weeks Each session will be 30 – 45 minutes once a week on Sunday afternoons (San , TX) The study will be conducted by O'Donnell, MS, LSSP. Drumming sessions will be conducted by Ochoa, Occupational Therapist. Children who have previously participated in any drumming sessions with Ochoa will not be eligible for the study.All interested parties should contact O'Donnell at Ochoa, OTR
