Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device re: TSC & Weight Gain Both Neurontin & Lyrica can cause major weight gain. I was on Neurontin for 3 months this summer and over the course of those three months I gained 25-30 lbs. That and I got edema especially in my legs and feet but otherwise almost everywhere. So, yes it can cause weight gain.
