I am a new member here, although not on the other thyroid groups on Yahoo! I am taking 6.5 grains of Armour in three installments throughout the day, plus about 17.5 mgs. or so of HC, plus a reef of supplements and digestive enzymes. I am presently trying to figure out if I do have RT3 issues because while I do feel so much better than I have for most of my life (hypoT as a child, not caught until I was well into adulthood, plus Hashi's) I still deal with many issues, which while they are not as severe as they once were, are still troubling. I did lose some weight, but am at a standstill there, and I still have brain fog issues and other issues as well. I keep going up on the Armour, but am starting to question whether or not I need this much as it doesn't seem to make that much difference. I am stumped and when Val posted the link for this group I leaped at it, lol. I am inbetween docs, so don't have any recent tests, and certainly none for RT3 ever. I am open and

exploring the possibilities, as I would love to know, for once in my life, what it is like to be healthy! I would say as a starter to get updated thyroid labs on your current

dosing and have them include RT3. If oyu need to do them yourself you

can go through www.labtestsonline.com
