a question about surgury meds after ssri's

Hi again I dont know if I am alowed to ask this here since this site is basically ( as I understand ) about withdrawl after psycotropics .. I hope I can ask this . I just went to the gyn. she thinks I have fibroids , and they are so large that I may have to have a hysterectomy.( uterus as big as 4 months pregnant ) I am scared to death .. I hate drugs .since the paxil problem . and if they have to I am now worried about the effects of the surgury drugs etc. Should I worry about these drugs also , I am less worried about a hysterectomy than the drugs..involved and also I have the vertigo problem if I lay flat .. I constantly feel like I am falling or have had vertigo and I know with a operation you lay flat.. I need to see the spirtiual side to this.. I am trying.. she said possibly if it is a huge fibroid they would try progesterone first to shrink it. and of course I pray it isnt anything worse.. Any suggestions about the drugs they use for this.. thanks nne
