Job skills taught in high school?

What kind of job skills is anyone's child learning in high school in a Community Based Instructionclass setting? I know different states call that type of class by different names. Just curious becausewhen I asked at my child's meeting yesterday what our school district offered for job training skillsI was told the only option was that they took the students to a local church to fold church bulletinsand maybe staple some papers. Surely, this can't be acceptable to meet sped requirements.
