Guest guest
Muscle cramps aren't always a potassium deficiency. In my family, and for a few friends who have mentioned the problem to me, vitamin E sometimes fixes the problem. (And of course, check with your doctor on that, too.) I take Melatonin 10 mg and Potassium 99mg, up to 2 and my doctor knows about it but I never asked her. I did ask about the kids taking how much Melatonin and she said 5 mg is good. I do need to ask how much Potassium I can take because I still get leg, back and chest cramps a lot. Thanks for the reminder. G/WI Yes - always get the ok from your Doctor before taking any vitamin supplements. Alana ------------------------------------
