With the recent discussions about hindsight, do-over's and wanting to go

back and changing things I thought this quote was particularly relevant. I

was reading Everyday with Ray. There is a section called " Hey Rach "

towards the back where she answers readers questions. A reader asked,

" What's your biggest regret? " responded, " I don't have any!

Everything in life is part of who you are. If I had the time, I'd take up an

instrument and speak more languages. " The first part of her response is

similar to what I have said in previous posts. Sure, I would like to walk

and return to my career that I miss so much. But I can't. Also, if I did go

back and change my surgery decisions and never ended up paralyzed, I never

would have gone to Shepherd (IP rehab) and I never would have met Minna,

, , Marsha, and all the other wonderful friends I have made

there.

Hope everyone is having a great week.

What a great way to look at things. I think we all need to be reminded of this

from time to time. Of course I'm sure it's easier said than done.
