Surgery questions - time off?

Thanks for everyone that responded to my first two questions. I've

printed them all out and am taking them with me to the hospital as back

up that I don't want to be moved to early.

NEXT QUESTION: For the adults that have had TC surgery, how long were

you in the hospital and how long was your recovery at home?

Of course I know everyones surgeries are different, and certainly

everyone heals at a different rate so I'm just looking for ball park

figures. My NS says 4-6 days in the hospital and that I should be good

as new in a couple of weeks. That would be great but from some of the

stories I've read it sounds a little optamastic to me. He is a pedatric

NS and kids bounce back much faster than adults. I'm 46.
